Help and advice for a client that wishes to
hire fulltime staff to work on analytic and
statistical projects – These can range
from informal discussions on the type of
people to hire to participating in
employment interviews. Work is this area
will center on the concept of establishing
the aptitude (knowledge, skills) and
attitude (would they be happy doing
this type of work) of the person being
interviewed. Included would be pop quizzes
to determine the ability of the person being
interviewed to problem solve and think on
their feet.

Training in statistics and usage of analytic
software – A wide range of work can be done
is this area. On the low end would be
recommendations on the types of training
courses to attend and reference books to
buy. The upper end would entail setting up
training sessions where ROI Analytics would
instruct the client’s personnel.

analytics staff would be behind these
recommendations.
